Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by GreenScope Pasco Artificial Grass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

GreenScope Pasco Artificial Grass provides artificial grass installation and related services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Artificial grass installation for residential properties
• Commercial artificial grass installation
• Pet turf and dog turf systems
• Backyard putting greens
• Playground and safety turf
• Sports turf installation
• Turf removal and replacement
• Paver and turf installation

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by GreenScope Pasco Artificial Grass are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and scope changes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen circumstances arise during the project.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit to secure your installation date, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your agreement.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Once your installation date is scheduled, we commit our team and resources to your project. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled installation may result in a cancellation fee. Weather-related delays are beyond our control and will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Installation workmanship is warranted for one year from the date of completion. Artificial grass products carry manufacturer warranties that vary by product. Specific warranty details will be provided in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

Property Access and Site Conditions

You are responsible for providing clear access to the installation area and ensuring utilities are marked before work begins. Any damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden infrastructure not properly marked is not our responsibility. You must also ensure pets are secured during installation for the safety of our crew and your animals.

Limitation of Liability

GreenScope Pasco Artificial Grass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter informally. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any legal proceedings must be filed in Pasco, Washington.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
